The Yorktown Patriots girls' and boys' swim and dive teams lost to the Langley Saxons 134-179 and 135-177 respectively on Saturday night in Arlington. The Patriot girls won 3 of 12 events, while the Patriot boys won 2 of 12. Jonathan Day was a double winner, and individual winners included Natalie English, Jacob Kreider (dive), Hannah Karlin (dive), and Nick Pasternak. Wakefield Powderpuff Football (5 Oct 2016)

The Wakefield Warriors Powderpuff football games ended just as they should with the Seniors defeating the Freshmen in game 1, the Juniors defeating the Sophomores in game 2 and the Seniors bringing home the championship in triple overtime against the Juniors. The sidelines were more hyped than any Friday night game I've been too in a while. Congrats to the seniors!

Grit Women's Ultimate at Mid-Atlantic Women's Regionals (10 Sep 2016)
