The visiting W.D. Woodson Warriors varsity football team pulled away in the 4th quarter to secure a 34-21 win over the Yorktown Patriots in Arlington. The Patriots trailed 12-7 at the half and 20-14 at the end of the third quarter, and just when they thought they caught a break when a snap sailed over Woodson's Rashad Cooper's head, the elusive quarterback grabbed the ball and scrambled for a 24-yard touchdown run.
