St. John's Takes Advantage of Turnovers to Defeat DJO JV Football (26 Sep 2013)

The Bishop O'Connell Knights JV football team was beat 36-14 by the visiting St. John's Cadets, a victory enabled by multiple turnovers. Despite the turnovers, the Knights were still in the game after the 2nd half kickoff was returned for a touchdown by #6 to close the scoring gap to 14-22. Any hopes of a comeback were dashed with 2:09 remaining in the 3rd quarter when SJC #52 picked up a DJO fumble and returned it for a touchdown. (Photo Galleries: DMVpix and MaxPreps)
